By accessing, registering on, or using any product or service offered by KKClubA at kkcluba.net ("the Platform", "kkcluba", "we", "us", "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and KKClubA.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service on kkcluba. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and kkcluba. Together, these documents define the full scope of your relationship with the platform.
To register and use kkcluba, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the platform.
- You must be a natural person — companies, partnerships or other legal entities are not eligible to hold a player account on kkcluba.

Each eligible person is permitted to hold only one registered account on kkcluba. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using different contact details — is a direct breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, kkcluba will close all accounts belonging to that individual and may withhold any balances pending a full review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kkcluba's support team immediately via live chat.
KKClubA strongly recommends using a unique, strong password for your account and enabling any available two-factor authentication. We will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team.
KKClubA is required to verify the identity of players as part of its anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming commitments. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at kkcluba's request:
- Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or similar document dated within 90 days)
- Proof of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account showing your name)

KKClubA does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account provider for their applicable fee schedule.
Accepted deposit methods on kkcluba include:

All payment accounts used to deposit on kkcluba must be registered in your name. KKClubA does not accept deposits sourced from illegal activities. By depositing funds, you confirm that the money originates from a lawful source and belongs entirely to you. Players suspected of depositing funds linked to fraudulent or criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities and accounts closed immediately.
The minimum withdrawal amount on kkcluba is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Where this is not technically possible, kkcluba will contact you to agree on an alternative method that remains in your name.
Standard withdrawal processing time on kkcluba is 15 to 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and up to one business day for IBFT bank transfers. KKClubA processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays.
Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld in the following circumstances:
- Pending KYC verification documents have not yet been submitted or approved
- Active bonus funds have not yet met their associated wagering requirements
- The account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity or Terms breach
- An active self-exclusion or cooling-off period is in place on the account
- The withdrawal amount exceeds a threshold that triggers additional compliance review
KKClubA reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request without providing advance notice. This is a standard compliance measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
KKClubA offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following general bonus rules apply across all kkcluba promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

- Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of a bonus balance can be withdrawn

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or system error that affects an active game or bet, kkcluba's technical logs are the primary reference for determining the correct outcome. Where a genuine technical error results in an incorrect payout, kkcluba reserves the right to correct the error and adjust account balances accordingly, regardless of whether funds have already been credited.
For sports betting markets, the following additional rules apply on kkcluba:
- All odds are quoted in decimal format and are correct at the time of bet placement
- Live in-play odds are updated in real time — bets may be suspended during significant match events
- Voided markets (due to event cancellation, abandonment or insufficient play) will have stakes returned
- KKClubA reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes on any market at any time
- Obvious pricing errors in offered odds ("palpable errors") do not constitute valid bets — such bets will be voided and stakes returned
The following activities are strictly prohibited on kkcluba and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and/or forfeiture of balances depending on the severity and nature of the breach:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games
- Exploiting game bugs, software errors or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated live dealer play

- Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime using the kkcluba platform
- Selling, transferring or purchasing kkcluba accounts
- Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards kkcluba staff or other players
- Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, offensive or violates applicable law
KKClubA actively monitors platform activity for all of the above behaviours and cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is identified.

KKClubA reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions
- Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct
- Chargebacks initiated by the player against kkcluba transactions
- Identified as a duplicate or linked account of a previously suspended account
- Non-compliance with a KYC document request within the stated timeframe
- At the player's own written request
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no Terms breach is identified, the remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
All content published on kkcluba — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game assets, software, user interface design and audio content — is the intellectual property of KKClubA or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content solely for personal, non-commercial use in connection with the platform's intended purpose.
You must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify, scrape, reverse-engineer, frame or otherwise exploit any content from kkcluba without prior written permission from KKClubA. The kkcluba brand name, logo and associated trademarks are registered marks that may not be used without explicit authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KKClubA's total liability to any player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise — arising from or connected to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
KKClubA shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, opportunity or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect
- Platform unavailability caused by factors outside kkcluba's reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failures, internet outages or force majeure events
- Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain secure account credentials
- Incorrect information provided by the player that results in a payment being made to the wrong recipient
- Any indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by kkcluba's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of KKClubA. Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected.
KKClubA collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering on kkcluba, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
In summary, kkcluba collects personal data for the following primary purposes:
- Account creation, management and authentication
- Identity verification and KYC compliance
- Processing deposits and withdrawals

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, kkcluba operates a formal complaints procedure. To submit a formal complaint, contact our support team in writing with full details of the issue, the outcome you are seeking and any relevant supporting documentation. KKClubA will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 10 business days.
If you remain unsatisfied following kkcluba's formal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme applicable to your jurisdiction.
